Edmund, born 12 March 1644/5, was the son of Baxter Bohun of Westhall Hall, Suffolk. In 1669 he married Mary Brampton. [1]
On 22 May 1698 he was commissioned as Chief Justice of the Province of Carolina by the Lords Proprietors. His tenure was marked by disputes with the Governor and Council.[2]
Edmund Bohun died 5 October 1699 of yellow fever.[1][2]
