Biography

Rachel Bolden was born on 14 April 1868 in Mount Savage, Allegany, Maryland, United States, daughter of Charles Lyman Bolden (~1843–1933).

Rachel (16) married John Howard Finzel (23) (born on 19 June 1861 in Finzel, Garrett; son of Unknown Finzel) on 13 April 1885. Their known son was Charles Nelson Finzel (6 February 1892 – 5 February 1969).

In 1900, Rachel (32) was in the household of John Finzel in Election Distrists 9, 11, Johnsons, The Elbow, Garrett, Maryland. ^[1]

Rachel died on 14 April 1945 in Finzel, Garrett, aged 77.^[2]
