In his will made on 23 Apr 1471 and proved on 26 Jun 1471 he was recorded as Thomas Bolyen, son of the late Geoffrey Boleyn[1][2]. His will was to be buried in the church of St Lawrence Old Jewry in the City of London, next to his father. He made his mother, Anne, his Executor. His mother and father were the only family members that were recorded in the will.
