Johann Rudolf Bollingers was born 10 Oct 1727, and baptized 19 Oct 1727 in Winterbach, Bayern, Deutschland. He was the son of Christian Bollingers and Susanna Bollingers.[3]
Christian Bollinger, his wife Susanna Bechler, and children Johann Rudolf Bollinger, Christian Bollinger, Maria Eva Bollinger, Hans Jacob Friederich Bollinger and Johann Rudolf Bollinger, arrived at Pennsylvania in 1737.[4]
Johann Rudolff Bollinger originally connected to Hans Bollinger and Agne Schwyn, both born in Bollingen, canton of Schaffhausen. No christening entry found for Johann Rudolf in the church registers of Bollingen. Disconnected Johann Rudolf Bollinger from Hans and Agnes - 26 April 2021
Maria Elizabeth Bollinger originally linked as a daughter to Johann Rudolf Bollinger and Catharina Flickinger. There is no evidence of her as a daugther. However, it is possible the profile is supposed to be for Elizabeth Kline Bollinger (on Find A Grave) referring to Johann Rudolf Bollinger's 2nd wife born 1700, died 1747. So far I have not found any evidence of Elizabeth Kline Bollinger. Disconnected from Johann Rudolf and Catharina Flickinger 26 April 2021
Hans Rudolf Bollinger linked as son to Johann Rudolf Bollinger and Catharina Flickinger. The family identified by Paul in the Research notes did immigrate to the USA with a son Hans Rudolf. He was born 1727. Disconnected from Johann Rudolf and Catharina Flickinger 26 April 2021

Yes, Paul is right, there are a few families involved.
1. The family from Bayern identified by Paul and noted in the research notes
2. Hans Rudolf Bollinger linked to the son of the family from Bayern seems to be Hans Rudolf Bollinger from Schlossrued in the canton of Aargau in Switzerland
3. The parents attached to Johann Rudolf Bollinger above, are an unlinked family from Beringen, canton of Schaffhausen.
Records for Aargau are on FamilySearch and records from Schaffhausen are online. I'll have a go at untangling the families tomorrow.
Hi, There are problems with this profile as presented:
1. Says he was born 1675 and died 1787, so 112 years old. This would be highly unusual for that time. No records provided for his birth or for parents.
2. Says he immigrated to America in 1737, which would make him 62 at that time. Again, very old to take the ship to America - usually only younger persons and their families took this difficult trip.
3. When I look at actual sources, I found the two that I have added to his profile. They apply to the Johann Rudolf Bollinger who arrived in 1737 in Pennsylvania with his family, but it is a different person then listed here.
I think this family line is presently mixing up various persons with similar names. And possibly skipping a generation.
