William was born December 1st 1892 in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. He was named after his Uncle William Nathaniel Bond. William married Viola R. Minnich, daughter of Walter V. Minnich about 1921, most likely in Hagerstown, Maryland. Viola was born about 1900 in Hagerstown. They had 2 children.
Williams 1917 draft registration card states his wife is solely dependent on his support. The 1930 census shows William working as salesman for a music store in Hagerstown and in 1940 he is an insurance salesman Washington DC. The last document I have found for William is his WWII draft registration card dated April 27th 1942, where he and his family are living in Washington DC.
