BOND history can be found in North Carolina Quaker Records of Yadkin, Surry and other counties, many available on Ancestry.com.
The histories of the State of Indiana are also available on line by free libraries and hold a good deal of BOND history.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with William by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with William:
Bond-3558 and Bond-3608 appear to represent the same person because: I was going to add the parents for Bond-3558 when I discovered they already exist, and their child William already existed as Bond-3608.
Bond-4840 and Bond-3558 appear to represent the same person because: I ran into William's daughter Mary Bond while working through the Wasson family tree. She married Calvin Wasson in 1818.
I added Mary's father first, and didn't notice this William Bond among the list. I only found him when adding her mother, Charlotte Hough Bond. I recommend completely eliminating the William Bond I added, and replacing him with the pre-existing William Bond.
