Thomas was born in 1808. He was the son of Mary Webber and Thomas Bond.
He was Christened on 25 September 1808 at Morrice Street-Wesleyan, Devonport, Devon, England[1].
He married Grace Hetherington on 29 June 1937 at Thornton in Lonsdale, Yorkshire, England, by Licence, by Thomas Burrow Pooley, Vicar. Thomas was a Coal Merchant of Lancaster. The witnesses were Richard Thornton, John Bond and Jane Brown.
They had at least four children.
In the UK Census of 1841, 30 year old Thomas was living at Hest Bank House, Bolton-Le-Sands, Lancashire, England with his wife Grace, two daughters Grace (aged 2) and Mary (aged 1), along with 10 other individuals, including Richard Thornton, his wife Hannah and their 9 year old daughter Eleanor.
Thomas passed away in 1844 at the age of 36 at Tortola, British Virgin Islands, as did his wife Grace. He was a Planter.
