The 1943 Mississippi Enumeration of Educable Children shows Willard and J. W. Bond in the household of Medis Bond.
The 1947 Mississippi Enumeration of Educable Children for 1947 shows Willard Bond in the household of Horace Bond , Clifford's brother. Horace's obituary refers to Willard C. Bond as his foster son.
Willard Bond's obituary mentions his sisters Geraldine and Maggie (daughters of Horace Bond and Nellie Nelson, and his brothers Clifford and Devon.
