Richard was born to Nicodemus and Rachel Bond at St. Thomas Parish, Maryland.[1][2]
Richard Bond was deceased by 1804. In the will of Nicodemus Bond, provisions were made for his widow and four children: Harriet, Mary, Mariah and Shadrach.[3]
