Biography

John was born in 1875. It is believed he was born in Devon, England (but this is yet to be confirmed).

He was married to Lily Maud Castro and they had several children.

John lived in Auckland and was a farmer, according to the burial record of Auckland Council. He was interred in Waikumete Cemetery in the Presbyterian Division E, Row 10, Plot 50. John died in 1930 in New Zealand at the age of 55.
