In the 1850 Census it states that Elihu and his wife Charlotte were living in Union Arkansas Izard County. It lists his occupation as a farmer. Also living with them were their children Miles and John. In the1860 Census it states that Elihu and his wife Charlotte were living in White River Arkansas Izard County. It lists his occupation as a farmer. Also living with them were their children Miles, John, Levicey, Henry and James.
Elihu died on 24 July 1862 in White River Township, Izard Co., Arkansas and was buried at Flat Rocks Cemetery in Mount Olive, Izard Co., Arkansas.[1]
