Marie Bonin was born at Saint-Ours on Feb. 18, 1829 and she was baptized the same day. [1] She is a daughter of Joseph Bonin and Marie Duhamel who had married at Saint-Ours on January 19, 1818.
Marie Bonin married Pierre Labossiere on Oct. 14, 1850 at St-Ours. [2] She was the daughter of Joseph Bonin and Marie Duhamel of St-Ours. He was the first child of four and the first son of four boys for Pierre Nolase Labossiere and Marie Catherine Gosselin. They had five children, three girls and two boys, but sadly, two children died young, a boy and a girl.

Marie Bonin died March 9, 1859 at St-Jude and she was buried there two days later. [5] She was only 30 years old and she left Pierre with five young children.
Pierre Labossiere married again to Leocadie Dupre on Oct. 15, 1860 at St-Ours.
