Élisabeth Bonodeau was born on 13 Jul 1674 and baptized the 29th in Dombourg, registered in Notre-Dame de Québec, Canada, Nouvelle-France. Her parents were Louis Bonnodeau dit Chatellerault and Anne Claude Laval. Godparents at the infant's baptism were Étienne Papillon and Élisabeth Le Quain. The celebrant priest was Cyprien Dufort and Henri de Bernières wrote the record.[1]

Marriage
Élisabeth Bonodeau married Jean Baptiste Mongeau, son of the late Pierre Mongeau and the late Louise Dubois, on 14 Feb 1691 in Notre-Dame de Québec. In the presence of known witnesses Léger Hébert, Jean Baptiste de Lamare, Joseph Lemyrhre, Louis Dupuis, Louis Charles Baillet, and Michel Chalmel. The celebrant was François Dupré.[2]Jean Baptiste passed away on 6 Aug 1708 in Montréal.

2nd Marriage
Élisabeth Bonnaudeau, aged 35 on the record, widow of Jean Mongeau, married Pierre Courtigny, aged 28 on the record, son of Louis de Courtigny and Michelle Guignard, on 17 Feb 1710 in Notre-Dame de Montréal.[3]

Death and Burial
Élisabeth Bonnodeau, wife of Pierre Courtigni, passed away on 29 Apr 1742 being given the age of around 69 years on the record. Her burial was the following day in Sainte-Anne cemetery of Varennes.[4]
