1900 After George's father died, and with older brother William living with his own family, George became the head of the household. All the brothers worked to support the family. George was employed as a plasterer, Frank was a day laborer, and Charles was a telegrapher.
1905 Five years later, George took up residence with his older brother William and his family, still in Freedom, Wisconsin. He continued to earn his living as a plasterer. The William Bonnell household comprised:
1908 George married his wife Emma this year.[5] Emma was born about 1871 and after George died she supported herself as a dressmaker, still living in North Freedom, Wisconsin.[6] Emma lived to be 80 or 81 years old. She died in 1952 and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, North Freedom, Wisconsin. She did not remarry.[7]
