Elizabeth Bonnett was born about 1733 [or 1725?] and was the daughter of Jean Bonnett and Anna Dereux. [Source needed for her birth- Elisabeth doesn't appear on the ship list with her siblings in 1733, so may have been born in Pennsylvania afterward. But if so, she was quite young to marry in 1749. Is there a source for the marriage date?][1] She was the daughter of Jacques Bonnett[1] and Anne Marie Desreux[1] In 1749 Elizabeth married Nicholas Wetzel[1] She passed away before 1795.[1]
Research Notes
Do we know for certain that she existed? In other words, did Mary and Marguerite have a sister Elisabeth and did she definitely marry Nicolas Wetzel?

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Elizabeth by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
Mitochondrial DNA test-takers in the direct maternal line:
Bonnett-192 and Bonnett-35 appear to represent the same person because: Details are the same except for the birth information, and the profile for Bonnett-192 seems to confuse the birth info with that of Elizabeth's sister Margaret.
Bonnett-136 and Bonnett-35 appear to represent the same person because: Since there is no exact date of birth and these are only one year apart, it is highly unlikely there were two named the same name. Please review and merge these profiles. Please notate reasons in public comments if merge is rejected or delayed.
