DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Martin by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Martin:

Please add [Bogaard-66|Rebekka Bogaard] as child of Marten and Tanneken. Rebekka's baptismal record dated 03/12/1721 show both parents. This can be found at http://homepages.rootsweb.com/~rbillard/kingston_baptisms.htm. Please also note that a daughter Rebecca is mentioned in Marten's will per his profile.

Rebekka has been connected to these parents.

October 3, 1686 is the date of Baptism, not his date of birth. I recommend Born "before" Oct 3, 1686. See Baptism #485 here:https://archive.org/stream/baptismalmarriag00king#page/26/mode/2up

Bogard-11 and Bogaert-146 appear to represent the same person because: This is the oldest paternal ancestor in this chain in need of a merge. No tree conflicts. Add aka Bogard. Thanks!

Possibly Cornelius Bogart's parents, but unsure as of 2/24/14. Marthen Bogaard and Tanneken DeLameeter, as per baptismal record of one Cornelis Bogaard shown here at #3640: https://archive.org/stream/baptismalmarriag00king#page/170/mode/2up
