?Blanch was a teacher at Fairview and Eden Prairie schools prior to her marriage to Roy Snodgrass. She worked with her husband on the farm until 1933, at which time they moved into town. She became a member of the Fairview Church prior to her marriage. She later joined the Nickerson Methodist Church. She moved to Long Beach where she worked at Douglas Aircraft for the war effort. She made her home with her younger daughter, Ruth until 1963 when? she moved back to Kan to home of her older daughter Elva??
