Biography

June 11, 1796 WILL, Caroline County, Maryland James Boon bequeths to Hannah Pratt a tract of land called Partnership & part of Oak Ridge for a space of seven years in order to raise her children and no longer. I give Hannah Pratt's three children: Rebecca, Franny, and James one good cow each and also one good cow to Hannah Pratt. And likewise if my son James Boon should die without lawful heirs that James Pratt son of Hannah Pratt shall have the tract of land called Oak Ridge and part of Partnership.
