Biography
Frances was born in 1819. She was the daughter of Bryant Boon and Martha Phipps. Frances married William J. Marshall in 1834. [1] In 1850 Frances and William are enumerated on the federal census in Yalobusha County, Mississippi. [2] She passed away in 1851.
