Thomas was born on the 24th February 1862 in St Giles, London the son of William Boosey and Rachel (Boosey).[1][2]
1871 Census on the 2nd April 1871 Thomas was living at 307 Prospect Road, Islington, Middlesex with his parents William and Rachel and his father's mother Martha, and his siblings John and Mary. Thomas' parent's aunt Mary Boosey was also living there.[3]
1881 Census on the 3rd April 1881 Thomas a shipping clerk, was living at 1 Malvern Terrace, Islington, Middlesex with his parents William and Rachel and William's mother Martha, and Thomas' sister Elizabeth.[4]
1891 Census on the 5th April 1891 Thomas a clerk, was living at Holmleigh, Sunny Gardens, Hendon, Middlesex with his parents William and Rachel and his siblings John and Mary.[5]
1901 Census on the 31st March 1901 Thomas a Lloyds underwriter, was living at Holmleigh, Sunny Gardens, Hendon, Middlesex with his parents William and Rachel and his siblings Elizabeth, John and Mary. This was probably the family firm, with his uncle Charles Boosey being the owner/manager.[6]
1911 Census on the 2nd April 1911 Thomas an insurance clerk, was living at 26 Sunny Gardens, Hendon, Middlesex with his widowed mother Rachel and his siblings Elizabeth, John and Mary.[7]
1939 National Register on the 29th September 1939 Thomas an insurance broker, was living at 43 The Downs, Sea View Road, Herne Bay, Kent.[2]
Thomas, of Fashosa, The Downs, Sea View Road, Herne Bay, Kent, died aged 80 on the 22nd August 1942 in Bridge, Kent.[8]
Probate of Thomas' estate, £3126 2s. 10d., was processed in Llandudno, Wales on the 4th November 1942 and passed to Barclays Bank Ltd.[9]
