Birth

Clarence Vernon was born 11 Aug 1896 in Smithton, Tasmania, Australia. He was the son of Vernon William (Gray) Boote (1868-1930) and Mary Anne (Nibbs) Boote (1874-1949)

Marriage

He married Annie Smith (Hinton) Boote (1899-1935) 16 Apr 1929.
Annie passed away 7 May 1935, and Clarence went on to marry her sister, Mabel Lucy (Hinton) Boote (1901-1960) in 1940 in Tasmania, Victoria, Australia.

Children

Vern & Mabel also adopted 1 boy and 1 girl.

Death

Both Vern & Mabel died in a car accident at Sassafras returning from a trip to Hobart. Mabel died instantly.
