Douce Bothe[1]
Douse Booth was born about 1440 in Barton, Eccles, Lancashire, England.
She was the daughter of William Bothe Knt.[1]
She was also known as Douce Leigh because she married Thomas, the son of Richard Legh of Legh.[1] An Indenture of their marriage articles was agreed between William Bothe, Douce's father, and Richard Legh, Thomas' father, on 2 December, 1461.[1]
