Biography

Maria Teresa was the eldest child of Ferdinando IV, Re di Napoli, Ferdinando III, Re di Sicilia (later Ferdinando I, Re delle Due Sicilie), and his wife Maria Caroline, Erzherzogin von Österreich, and was born at Palazzo Reale, Napoli (Royal Palace, Naples) on 6 June 1772.[1]
