Research Notes
While writing the biography it became clear that Williams's second marriage to have taken place on the 1st of December 1824 is either an error or William married bigamously as his first wife Harriet is listed in the 1841 census with William and some of the children listed above.
2. William married his second wife Mary Stevens on the 1st of December 1824 at St Martin in the Fields, Westminster, London, England, United Kingdom. 2nd Wife "England Marriages, 1538–1973 ", database, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:NJYY-QZZ : 12 March 2020), William Budd Borham, 1824.

Yes, there is conflicting info on William's marriages. All his children seem to be by Mary Stevens, from the sources of their Christenings, but his two marriages seem to clash. One in 1812 Mary and one in 1824 Harriet. Harriet was around in the 1841 census, and apparently Harriet outlived him, and claimed his pension (I have no source, but family rumour).
He served on the HMS Sovereign at the Battle of Trafalgar.
I did some work on William profiles today, some of the information I found does not quite add up so appreciated your thoughts on the work so far. I added a number of categories to link his profile to the locations you have given and to his career. Do you know what ship he served on?
Appreciate all you do and thanks for adding this profile to the tree
