Frank married Lucy M Clarke in 1913. Their marriage was registered in the Jan-Feb-Mar quarter of 1913 in the Cardiff district.[3]
Frank, aged 19, was killed in the explosion at the Universal Colliery on 14 October 1913 in Senghenydd, Glamorgan, Wales. Lucy was pregnant at the time. At the time of his death they were living at 13 Energlyn Terrace, Penyrheol, Glamorgan.[4]
