  • Petrus was born about 1861. He is the son of Johannes Boshoff and Maria Kemp.
  • When Petrus Johannes Boshof was born on 7 February 1861, in Natal, South Africa, his father, Johannes Stephanus Boshoff, was 40 and his mother, Maria Helena Kemp, was 33. He married Maria Cornelia Van Rooyen on 30 December 1881, in Natal, South Africa. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 2 January 1930, in his hometown, at the age of 68.
