A transcription of his tombstone, in the Larison's Corner Cemetery (now Amwell United First Presbyterian Church) lists him as son of Jacob and Sarah and says he died March 16, 1842 at 2 years old.[1]
Note that the tombstone death year and age of death are not consistent with Jacob and Sarah being his parents; Sarah would have been about 70 when he was born. Further research is needed to determine whether there is a different Jacob and Sarah Runyon that could be his parents, or whether there is an error on the tombstone (1812 misread as 1842, for example?).
