Charles was born around 1859. He was a sawyer in the sawmill. His wife, Ellen, died before the 1930 Census as it says he was widowed. His brother lived with him, along with his wife's sister in the 1880 Census.
In the 1900 Census, he has one daughter. However, for his wife it is marked that they had 4 children but only 1 is alive.
