Ray married Ellen Sue Hinthorn (born on December 30, 1954 in Normal, McLean, Illinois, United States; daughter of Dean Ray Hinthorn and Ellen Irene Howell).^{[1] [2] [3]} Their child was Shannon Bostwick (~1975–~unk5).
