Isabel was one of the four daughter and coheireses of John Butler of Rawcliffe, Lancashire (dspm. 1534).[1]

Isabel's father, John, died in 1534, leaving four daughters as coheirs.[1]
Isabel was dead by 1572, because in that year John Butler's property was divided between his representatives, and the manor of Little Hoole passed to Isabel's daughter Anne, and Anne's husband, Gilbert Gerard, in Anne's right.[1]
