Born district Graaf Reinet, Parents: Rudolf Philip Botha and Anna Fourie, married to: Lasya Christina Lombard, minor children: Rudolph Philip Botha, Anna Elizabeth Botha, Johanna Botha (the last two by his first wife: Helena Geertruida Raubenheimer.)
