Elizabeth Margaretha Botha died young.
NOTE - she had a younger sister Elisabeth Margaretha (Botha) Pretorius (bef.1788-) with the same name, baptised in 1788, so presumably the older one died at a young age.[1]

Seeing that there was another daughter with the same names, who was baptised in 1788, the implication is that the earlier Elisabeth Margaretha died before that date, and it was the later Elisabeth who m. Michiel Pretorius.
