Hi Philip

Never mind I found the problem , amended her death date and added her MOOC

Hi Philip

Any reason why a husband (Jordaan-371) who's first wife only died in 1830 will be added to a profile that states a marriage year of 1802 ?

Due to the fact that this wive died 1845 and the middel wife (Marais) (as can be seen in De Villiers and Pama) died 1850 They could not both been married to this JP Jordaan. Her (Bota's) will refering to her husband as Pieter's son confirms in a way this marriage Marais was not married to this J.P.( Jordaan-69) as she died in 1850 as a widow

This is the information in De Villiers and Pama d5 Johannes Petrus gedoop: 3 Mar 1776, burger Graaff-Reinet en later Stellenbosch, getroud: 21 Feb 1796 Anna Maria de Lange; hertrou : 3 Feb 1799 Martha Sophia Marais; opnuut hertrou : 11 Apr 1802 Elisabeth Catharina Botha e1 Anna Johanna Maria gedoop: 30 Apr 1797 e2 Petrus Johannes gedoop: 5 Feb 1799 e3 Johannes Petrus gedoop: 10 Nov 1801 e4 Elsie Magdalena gedoop: omtrent 1803 e5 Hester Jacomina gedoop: 28 Mar 1808
