Helen was born in 1904. She was the daughter of Louis Bottineau and Della Dodge. In the 1910 census Helen (age 5) was the daughter of L D Batrneaw in Arlington, Snohomish, Washington, United States.[1] In 1911 they were in Medicine Hat Sub-Districts 12-70, Alberta, Canada.[2] In the 1916 census Helen (age 11) was at 26, 16, W4, Lone Butte, Bow River, Alberta, Canada.[3]
Helen married Myrl Fuss in 1922 in Hanna, Alberta, Canada.[4]
When Helen's brother Leonard died in 1973, Helen's surname was given as McKenry.[5]
