I matched the Bowsher-12 profile to Boucher-140 because it seems extremely likely that these are the same person.

Bowsher-12 and Boucher-140 appear to represent the same person because: Represent the same individuals with the same spouse. Both have uncertain birthdates and places, but Boucher-140 has an unsourced death date that is a common mistake in public trees for this individual (See WorldConnect)

Propose merge into Boucher-140 and retain "Boucher" surname, as LNAB is not definitive, but "Boucher" is most easily recognized by concerned genealogists.

Bowsher-12 and Boucher-140 do not represent the same person because: o the nearly 100 years difference in age and difference in location

Bowsher-12 and Boucher-140 appear to represent the same person because: Both profiles are referring to the same individual, however the vital dates of Bowsher-12 appear to have confused him with another, later individual (The dates make him much younger than his child). The spouses are also referring to the same individual, and need additional merges.
