Biography

This profile is part of the Boudreau Name Study.

Isaïe was born on 4 May 1746 and was baptized the next day in Annapolis Royal.[1] He was the son of Charles Boudrot and Marie Josephe Petitot.

He married Marie Josèphe Germain dit Bélisle on 25 January 1773 in Deschambault, Portneuf, QC.[2] The witnesses were Charles Boudrot, Jean Boudrot, David Boudrot, and François Nau.

He passed away on 8 February 1802 and was buried on 10 February of that year. [4] In the register it is mentioned that Isaïe was a navigator of the Saint-Laurence River and that he was about 54 years old when he died. Were present his son David Boudrot and his brother-in-law Joseph Germain dit Belisle.
