Jean Delphin Boudreau was the son of Existe Boudreau and Rosalie Cottreau.[1]
He was born November 13, 1871 in Tusket Wedge, Nova Scotia[2][3], and was baptised November 19, 1871 at St. Michael's[4] in Tusket Wedge.[3]
He grew up in the family home located along the southern stretch of the Main Road in Tusket Wedge.[5][3]
He married Genevieve LeBlanc, the daughter of Pierre LeBlanc and Madeleine Pothier, on February 17, 1899 at St. Michael's.[4]
The couple settled into his family home which he had inherited from his father[5] where they raised their family of 3 children[4]:
1. Anne Anita born in 1900[6]
2. Jean Alfred born in 1902[7]
3. Marie Elizabeth born in 1904[4]
Jean Delphin died April 15, 1969[4][8] , and his funeral was held April 18, 1969 at St. Michael's[4] in Wedgeport, Nova Scotia.[3]
