Biography

[Brigitte Apart] veuve Bourdrot is on the Wall of Names at the Acadian Memorial in St. Martinville, Louisiana Plaque 10 Left, l"Amitie. Listed with her are 5 children: Joseph, Charles Michel, Etienne, Marguerite, and Marie Magdeleine. [1]

Joseph Boudreau was born 22 February 1765 in Bretagne (today Côtes-d'Armor), France; Baptized 22 February 1765 at Trigavou, Bretagne (today Pleslin-Trigavou, Côtes-d'Armor), France[2]

Joseph married at age 30, Marie Françoise Semere, daughter of Germain SEMERE & Marie TRAHAN of Grand-Pré, on 30 May 1785 in St.-Martin de Chantenay, France.[3][4]

He died before 27 July 1796 in Louisiana[5]
