Biography

Joseph Noel Boudreaux was born in 1807 in Plattenville, Assumption, Louisiana, son of Felix Marie Boudreaux (1785–1827) and Rosalia Henry (1788– ). [1]

Joseph Noel (18) married Rosalie Aucoin (20) (born in 1805; daughter of Hyacinth Laurent Aucoin and Marie Celeste Delaune) in 1826 in Thibodaux, Lafourche. [2]

Joseph Noel and Rosalie Aucoin had the following children:

  1. Neuville Benjamin Boudreaux (1827)
  2. Marie Rosalie Boudreaux (1829)
  3. Azelie Boudreaux (1831)
  4. Joseph Augustin Boudreaux (1834)

After Rosalie’s death, Joseph Noel (28) married Aimee Caroline Olivier (18) (born in 1817 in Plattenville, United States; daughter of Jean Baptiste Francois Olivier and Dorothee Scholastique (Lagrange) Olivier) in 1836 in Thibodaux, Lafourche, Louisiana. [3]
