Emmard Theodule Boudreaux was born on 27 October 1866 in Abbeville, Vermilion Parish, Louisiana, United States. He was the son of Pierre Theodule Boudreaux and Carmelite LaMaire.^[1]

He married Loleet Howard about 11 March 1899 in Opelousas, St. Landry Parish.^[2] Their children were:

1. Stella I. Boudreaux (1900s - 2000s)
2. Raymond T. Boudreaux (1920s - 2010s).

He died on 20 September 1950 in Opelousas, St. Landry, Louisiana aged 83.
