Marie Genevieve Bourg is a descendant of an Acadian

Marie Genevieve, daughter of Jacques Bourg and Marie Marguerite Coron, was born 30 Jul 1801 and baptized the same day in the parish of Saint-Michel-de-Vaudreuil, Vaudreuil, Bas-Canada. Her godparents were Amable Lalonde and Marie Genevieve Clement. [1]

Genevieve traveled to Michigan, most likely with her family, where she married Toussaint Joseph Soleau 1 Dec 1818 in St Antoine, River Raison, Michigan, United States. (Unsourced.)

Bourg-1486 and Bourg-209 appear to represent the same person because: This looks to be the earlier and later profiles of the same person. Bourg-1486’s sister Marie Marguerite Bourg (Bourg-863) imigrated to St Antoine, Michigan establishing the family’s presence there. If match is approved, fathers’ profiles will also need to be merged.
