Judith Bourg was born about 1705 in Acadie, Nouvelle-France, daughter of Alexandre Bourg (about 1671–about 1760) and Marguerite Melanson (1676–1744).

Judith (22) and Jean Doucet (24) were married on April 11, 1728 in Acadie. Jean was born in Port Royal, Acadie.
