Biography

Theobald Bourke, 6th Viscount Mayo (1681-1741) was the son of Miles Bourke, 5th Viscount Mayo and Jane Bermingham. He married, (1) Mary Browne, da. of Colonel John Browne and Maud Bourke, on 8 July 1702 and (2) Margaret Gunning, daughter of Bryan Gunning, in June 1731. He died on 25 June 1741 at age 60 at Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.

He succeeded to the title of 6th Viscount Mayo [I., 1627] in March 1681.
