Theobald Bourke was born in about 1648. He was the son of John Bourke and Catherine Fay.
He lived at Palmerston, County Kildare, Ireland.
Theobald held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Naas (1713-1726).
He married, but died in about 1726, without issue.
