At the time of the 1871 England and Wales Census, head of household John Bourne (age 31, born in Ombersley, Worcestershire) was living in Tilsop, Worcestershire with his wife Ellen Bourne (age 30, born in Ombersley, Worcestershire), son Thomas Bourne (age 11, born in Astley, Worcestershire), son Henry Bourne (age 9, born in Astley, Worcestershire), son John Bourne (age 6, born in Lindridge, Worcestershire), son William Bourne (age 3, born in Nash, Salop), and daughter Emma Bourne (age 0, born in Nash, Salop). At the time of the 1881 England and Wales Census, head of household John Bourne (age 41, born in Ombersley, Worcestershire) was living in Boraston (Salop), Worcestershire with his wife Ellen Bourne (age 40, born in Ombersley, Worcestershire), daughter Emma Bourne (age 10, born in Nash, Shropshire), son George Bourne (age 6, born in Nash, Shropshire), daughter Sarah Bourne (age 4, born in Nash, Shropshire), and son James Bourne (age 1, born in Nash, Shropshire).
