Richard Bourne was born on 18 Jun 1786 in Appledore, Kent, England, son of William Bowen (~1750– ) and Eleanor Evenden (1747–1826).
His siblings were:
Richard (24) married Elizabeth Dowel (21) (born in 1789 in Tenterden, Kent) on 16 Jun 1811 in Smarden, Kent.[1] Their son was Alfred Frederick Bourne (1815–1898).
Richard died on 4 May 1851 in Appledore, United Kingdom, aged 64.
