Biography
Marie Bourque is a descendant of an Acadian
Marie Jeanne Bourque was the daughter of Mande Bourque and Julienne Babin.[1]
She was born in November of 1875[2] in Sluice Point, Nova Scotia.[1]
She married Jean Albert Bourque, the son of Gabriel Bourque and Ursule Saulnier, on January 7, 1902 in Amirault's Hill, Nova Scotia.[1]
The couple settled in Sluice Point where they raised their family of 6 children.
