Bourque, Amable (Mabie) Cletus - 90, River Bourgeois, Died Monday in Strait Richmond Hospital, Richmond County. Born in River Bourgeois, he was a con of the late Cyperien and Felicite (Boucher) Bourque. He is survived by his wife, the former Annie Mae Landry; four sons, Joseph, San Jose, California; Carmen, Bedford......(faded, looks like Mass.), Gerald, River Bourgeois; Peter, Whiteside; four daughters, Hattie (Mrs. Omer Sampson) Little Anse; Elizabeth, Scarborough, Ont.; Agnes (Mrs. Joey Casey) Little Dover; Phyllis, Halifax; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Henrietta Fougere; and an infant son, Austin Emanuelle; three brothers, Alcide, Peter and Fabian; two sisters, Minnie (Mrs. Charles Sampson) and Lena (Mrs. Joseph Landry). The body is in St. John the Baptist Church, River Bourgeois, with visiting today from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., and funeral service will be held Thursday, 10 a.m. Burial will be in parish cemetery. Donations may be made to charity of one’s choice.
