I couldn't find any sources that show Jean's name as "Jean Guillaume", all the sources I found just have his name as Jean. And same with his wife, I only found sources that show her name as Marie, not "Marie Rose". Could you look into this? Thanks!
The additional names came from a descendant (Aline Cormier) currently residing in Canada and who runs a private family history page on Facebook, Trails Of Our Ancestors [1], however, beyond that have not looked for additional sources. I'll endeavor to make contact with her again, but in the meantime, if you're so sure that second given names did not exist, feel free to remove them.

Kind regards.
