Arthur was born in 1890. He is the son of Arthur Alonzo Bouton and Emma A Bouton

He became a Methodist minister, performed the marriage of his half-brother, George Bouton in 1927.

Buried in Huntsville Church of the Bretheren Cemetery, Huntsville, Cumberland, Pennsylvania
